I got into real estate because I genuinely love this area and love helping people make smart decisions with big stakes. Tampa Bay isn't just where I work — it's where I've lived for over 20 years. I know these neighborhoods the way you only can when you've spent decades in them, not just passing through on showings.
Over the past decade, I've worked with buyers trying to find their first home on a tight budget and sellers trying to get every dollar out of a property they've built their life in. I've sat across the table from nervous first-timers and experienced investors, and I treat every situation with the same level of attention.
My job isn't to tell you what you want to hear. It's to tell you what you need to know — and then work hard to get you where you want to go.
